Have you ever been consistent with a behavior that led to a habit? Maybe you have bumped up against willpower and have had a tough time being consistent enough with a behavior to see real change. Join me as we navigate what consistency means, how will power is involved (or not) and ways to implement habit forming behaviors. In this 30 minute talk, we will cover the definitions of willpower, consistency, and habit as well as explore the act of being consistent and how to form long lasting habits that support your personal well-being.
