Looking to slow down, to get deep into poses and allow yourself to fully experience each one? Yin Yoga is what you need. This slow based class will keep you in each pose for extended times (2-7 minutes), and will be primarily on the floor. What do you need? Pillows, blankets, blocks, and a bolster (and if you can't find the last two, no worries, just have lots of pillows!). Have questions? Message me, that's what I'm here for!
