We will move our spine in all directions, center ourselves and relax the mind, all while using the hoop as a tool for this true hatha yoga practice. We will bring the hoops onto our body, relearning that fun workout we did as kids. You do NOT need ANY hula hoop or yoga experience for this class, but you will need an adult sized hula hoop.
